What the Day is All About
Friends for Life Senior Foundation hosts an annual long-awaited special event at Marjorie Post Park in Massapequa. We invite the members from our local senior centers and community to join us for a “Senior Day in the Park”. A day for friendship, socialization, dancing, lunch, raffles and much more!
With food catered by Broadway Gourmet, a local eatery in Massapequa and our dear friends, our seniors can be sure that they are in for a treat!
Live music and raffles donated and sponsored by local businesses adds even more excitement to this super fun day. It is amazing to see so many smiling faces, enjoying themselves, reuniting with each other, and creating new friendships.
We look forward to many more events together again!

Sponsorship oppourtunities are announced and posted 5 to 6 months prior to the event date. Once they open, they will appear on the donations page of our website.
Each year sponsorship opportunities vary, but the joy of putting a smile on a seniors face will always stay the same!
Just want to make a small donation? You can donate to the foundation at any time under the donations page of our website. All proceeds donated to the Friends for Life Senior Foundation are used to bring light to the life of an elderly person in your community. Different ways this is done is through luncheons, social events, and different activities to keep the mind stimulated and boost serotonin!
